Localized
Community Monitoring/Tracking Station

Forming local intelligence, souseveillance interconnectivity,
and providing information filters are some of G-77's
core programs. With the LCM/TS the G-77 seek to
establish a long term project – indeed one
that should have been started a decade ago. This
project “Localized Community Monitoring/Tracking
Station” is not for the purposes of monitoring
the privacy of individuals within the community.
Indeed surveillance is counter to The G-77 mission.
However, monitoring changes, sometime those that
create drastic communal differences, (from within
and without) is essential to understanding the [potential]
direction with which a localized community is moving.
The diagram below highlights a typical camera array
for monitoring purposes. A constantly recording
system (with serviceable database) allows for a
visual diary – day by day – and over
the length for which any course of communal examination
would be undertaken. Results will always vary, in
that each community will ultimately use the recorded
to track their own necessary statistics.
